The company Guscetti & Tournier SA Civil Engineers was established in Geneva in 1961. Its founder, Dr Houchmand Naïmi, civil engineer graduate of EPFZ, was the sole proprietor from 1961 to 1987.

Suddenly in 1987, Gabriele Guscetti, Yves Tournier and Jean Wälchli, associate engineers, succeeded Dr Naïmi and practiced under the name of T.G.W. Civil Engineers. Young graduates of EPF, Gabriele Guscetti and Yves Tournier worked for several years under the mentorship of Pr Renaud Favre of EPFL. Due to this, they pursued the same ethic the activities of the founder in the field construction works and buildings. In 1997, the company’s name changed to Guscetti & Tournier SA Ingénierie civile.

In 2002, Jérôme Pochat, associate engineer since 1991, became a Partner and manages with Gabriele Guscetti and Yves Tournier the company Guscetti & Tournier SA Ingénierie civil.

Today, the company is based in Carouge, Geneva and employs more than 25 people of whom 15 are engineers (EPF or HES) including 6 women.
